Internal Auditor magazine, the world’s leading publication covering the internal audit profession, is offering six, US$1,000, essay-based scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students. The students who write the most informative and intuitive essays on internal audit subjects will be selected as the winners. In addition, the three finalists for each scholarship will receive a free, one-year student membership with The IIA. Learn more about this opportunity, and begin your journey to the future of internal auditing.
The third topic in the Internal Auditor magazine’s scholarship program is: How can internal audit functions use analytics to improve efficiency? Interested students must submit their essay and application by no later than Monday, 31 July. As this scholarship opportunity is available to internal audit students around the world, we are hopeful this period there will be in an increase in global participation.
Please take a moment to read the February/March scholarship winner’s essay “IPPF Update Clears the Smudges on the Window Looking into the World of Internal Auditing,” which was published on InternalAuditor.org. The winning student’s university, Union University, was acknowledged on InternalAuditor.org as well, and they have since launched a public relations campaign about the initiative and importance of membership.
