The IIA will implement a two-day system outage that will affect all IIA Global and IIA-hosted Institute websites, services and telephones. The outage will begin at 4:00pm ET Friday, 23 September, and end at approximately 8:00pm ET Sunday, 25 September.
The outage will occur as part of a comprehensive maintenance upgrade of IIA networks, hardware, and software in preparation for the relocation of IIA Headquarters to Lake Mary, FL, US. Throughout the outage, members, customers, Institute leaders, and other stakeholders will be unable to access IIA websites, services, including the Certification Candidate Management System (CCMS).
Please note that during this time:
- CCMS users will receive a system maintenance message with the date and time the system will be back up.
- Visitors to any IIA website (including those hosted by The IIA) will see a message that the site is undergoing maintenance. This also means any links on your Institute’s website that redirect to an IIA website will be non-functional.
- Callers who dial an IIA number will hear either a fast busy signal or an out-of-service message.
- IIA Global HQ staff will have limited access to email, but there may be intermittent delays in sending and receiving messages.
