Institute of Corporate Directors

The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is a non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to the professionalization of Philippine corporate directorship as well as raising the level of the country’s corporate governance policy and practice to world-class standards.  As the designated Domestic Ranking Body (DRB) for the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) in the Philippines, the ranking of corporate governance of ASEAN publicly-listed companies (PLCs) including modification of the ACGS to rate the corporate governance policies of government-owned or controlled corporations as well as insurance companies-in partnership with the Governance Commission for GOCCs and the Insurance Commission–are among of its several initiatives.

Institute for Solidarity in Asia

The Institute for Solidarity in Asia (ISA) is a non-partisan, not-for-profit organization that works with thought and practice leaders in the country and within the region in guiding its partner organizations, the national government agencies and local government units to be professional, transparent, and accountable in the way they deliver public service.  Through its flagship program the Performance Governance System (PGS) and in partnership with the Philippine National Competitiveness Council (NDC), ISA provided government units with a framework that will help them translate their statements of vision and governance to actionable strategies and commitments leading to the realization of breakthrough results.
