As the designated Domestic Ranking Body (DRB) for the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) in the Philippines, the ranking of corporate governance of ASEAN publicly-listed companies (PLCs) including modification of the ACGS to rate the corporate governance policies of government-owned or controlled corporations as well as insurance companies-in partnership with the Governance Commission for GOCCs and the Insurance Commission–are among of its several initiatives. |
