The Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) is a non-stock, non-profit organization dedicated to the professionalization of Philippine corporate directorship as well as raising the level of the country’s corporate governance policy and practice to world-class standards.As the designated Domestic Ranking Body (DRB) for the ASEAN Corporate Governance Scorecard (ACGS) in the Philippines, the ranking of corporate governance of ASEAN publicly-listed companies (PLCs) including modification of the ACGS to rate the corporate governance policies of government-owned or controlled corporations as well as insurance companies-in partnership with the Governance Commission for GOCCs and the Insurance Commission–are among of its several initiatives.

Through its flagship program the Performance Governance System (PGS) and in partnership with the Philippine National Competitiveness Council (NDC), ISA provided government units with a framework that will help them translate their statements of vision and governance to actionable strategies and commitments leading to the realization of breakthrough results.
Integrity Initiative Inc. is a non-profit organizations primarily engaged in a long-term private sector-led campaign to promote common ethical and acceptable integrity standards in the business community and among various sectors of society. It’s desired goal is to create a critical mass of ethically-conscious and self-regulating companies that have a robust Integrity Management System in place, and are applying the principles of transparency and accountability in their dealings with other companies as well as government officers in the long term.
