The IIA’s Risk in Focus report, initiated by the European Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditing (ECIIA) seven (7) years ago and considered an essential resource for preparing audit plans, is being expanded to cover the other regions.

For this reason, we earnestly invite you to participate and share your views on the current risk landscape and what your organizations expect to face in the year ahead.

For this project, IIA Philippines is collaborating with other IIA affiliates from the Asia Pacific Region through the Asian Confederation of Institutes of Internal Auditors (ACIIA) and The Internal Audit Foundation (IAF) to:

• gather the collective views of CAEs and other heads of internal audit from the Philippines and get represented in the regional risk assessment.
• better understand the key challenges and risks faced by organizations, businesses, and sectors/industries in the region and in the Philippines.
• have a Risk in Focus report that is dedicated to the Asia Pacific region that CAEs can share with their Boards and Senior Management.
• have a Board briefing slide deck that CAEs can use to discuss the regional risks with their boards.
• further the conversation and collaborate with CAEs at the local level, with the Philippine-specific report.

More participation and representation will make the Philippine-specific research report that we expect to receive from The IAF will be a valuable information/paper to share to our CAE-members.  Thus, you and other CAEs and Internal Audit Heads’ participation is important.

So, we encourage you to participate and to help us advocate with your peers to join.
