Effective 1 November 2020, exam cancelation and reschedule fees will be reinstated for all certification programs.
If the test center is closed and the exam appointment is canceled by Pearson VUE the cancelation fee will be waived automatically. Candidates may cancel or reschedule their examination appointments by calling PearsonVUE directly or by selecting “Access PearsonVUE” via their CCMS profile. As a reminder, fees to extend exam authorization or program window are no longer waived and can be purchased via CCMS.
